The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. • Utilize in-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products to assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage. • Process policy changes, renewals, and new business applications accurately and efficiently. • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, underwriting information, and policy details. • Assist clients in claims reporting and follow-up, providing support throughout the claims process. • Stay informed about industry trends, policy updates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients. • Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with agency procedures and industry standards. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow within the agency.
Qualifications: • Active Property and Casualty License • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on personal lines. • Strong knowledge of various personal lines insurance products. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Dedication to maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
