Key Responsibilities:
Oversee coordination with engineering consultants following zoning approval, ensuring seamless preparation and submission of primary plats and construction plans.
Ensure compliance with local municipal codes, zoning requirements, and design standards.
Represent the company in meetings with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with field teams to align development schedules and address on-site adjustments as needed.
Identify opportunities for cost-effective and innovative site planning to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential site development.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with municipal authorities, engineers, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
