Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join their team in Grapevine, TX! The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive lead generation across both B2B and B2C segments. Leveraging HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub, you will manage marketing automation tools to execute successful email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and customer journeys. You will develop and implement B2B and B2C lead generation and conversion strategies, ensuring that marketing efforts are personalized, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Campaign Creation & Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of automated email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, web, and social platforms.
  • System Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize HubSpot tools to ensure efficient and accurate marketing workflows, continually improving customer engagement processes.
  • Lead Scoring & Funnel Management: Develop and maintain lead scoring models, optimizing the lead flow from initial interest to sales conversion and ensuring alignment with the sales funnel.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI, using insights to refine and improve automation strategies.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to align marketing automation initiatives with business goals, ensuring campaigns are relevant and engaging.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation, implementing innovative solutions to optimize campaign performance and customer experience.
