We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Project Manager Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to our Project Manager and site superintendents. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of projects through their start-up, in-progress, and closeout phases. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable and reliable team player with a customer-centric approach, demonstrating excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with project start-up tasks, including contract coordination, securing permits, setting up jobsite utilities, and organizing project files.
Support in-progress project needs such as managing change proposals, distributing updated plans/specifications, and arranging project meetings.
Coordinate project closeout, including preparing closeout binders, assisting with inspections, and ensuring all documentation is finalized.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
