We are seeking a residential construction professional that is well connected in the Oxford and surrounding areas to help grow our recently launched Oxford Branch. Responsibilities include:

• Business Development - identifying new clients, prospects, and building new relationships in the area to expand reach (architects, designers, past clients, community)
• Office Management - oversee daily operations for the Oxford office
• Operations Management - Coordinate daily workflows
• Training - Team
• Estimating - assist in project estimates
• Budgeting - review project budgets and ensure accuracy and accountability
• Scheduling - Review project schedules
• Communication - effective across team and customers
• Quality Control - Upmost quality
