Lead & Elevate Workplace Services Across Multiple Sites!

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a hybrid work schedule-starting with daily onsite presence at a client office for the first few months before transitioning to a more flexible schedule.

What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations across mailroom, print production, reception, hospitality, and call center services at multiple client sites.
Manage service contracts, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring full compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Develop and implement best practices for operational excellence, leveraging technology and process improvements.
Lead a team of professionals, ensuring training, development, and high standards of professionalism.
Conduct regular client reporting, site audits, and business reviews to assess service performance and identify enhancements.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of leadership experience in legal, corporate, or professional services operations.
Strong expertise in mailroom, print production, hospitality, reception, and/or call center services.
Exceptional client relationship skills with a track record of managing service delivery across multiple sites.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams of 20+ employees.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with performance tracking tools.
Ability to work onsite daily for the first few months, then transition to a hybrid schedule as operations stabilize.
Willingness to travel occasionally to other client sites within the region.
