Operations Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts with emphasis on company interests.
  • Work with the CEO, Operations, and other team members to manage daily tasks such as supporting current projects, communicating with clients, and managing scheduling.
  • Organize files, prepare documentation, create presentations, charts, tables, diagrams, data, etc.
  • Set up meetings and appointments, take responsibility for meeting minutes and organizing notes.
  • Track vendors, perform on time payments, and assist in purchasing assignments, such as for office supplies or business procurement.
  • Help track payroll for full-time employees and contractors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of systems to improve office efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service, sales, management or leadership.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be available to work an average of 40 hours per week from May 2025 to August 2025.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0
  • On-site required - Atlanta, GA.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Understanding and/or interest in the Semiconductor and Electrical Engineering fields.
  • Knowledge and passion for startups.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software, and experience using software to access project data and track budget information.
