Well respected and established regional broker is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a book of accounts. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience in commercial lines within an independent agency setting, and have a strong understanding of commercial lines products and coverages. Responsible for servicing accounts from start to finish.
Position Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Overseeing the life cycle of insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.
Assisting clients with inquiries, explaining policy terms, and resolving issues or concerns.
Identifying opportunities to offer additional coverage or products that fit clients' needs, thus contributing to revenue growth.
Working with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to ensure a smooth process for clients.
Ensuring all policies and procedures comply with industry regulations and company standards.
