QC Inspector

Hartland, Wisconsin

Pay: $19-22/HR, based on experience

Shift: 2nd Shift - 3pm-11:30pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of quality control experience in a regulated industry.
• Strong basic math skills, including fractional to decimal conversions.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments and at heights.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods, with frequent bending and kneeling.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and draw conclusions.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with quality regulations such as GMP, GDP, ISO, or 21CFR 820, 210-211.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect raw materials and finished goods using manual, visual, and measurement tools.
• Document quality inspection results and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and established quality procedures.
• Perform in-process inspections and testing of products.
• Review and follow company procedures for material inspections and equipment use.
• Identify defects, errors, and omissions, and report non-conforming materials.
• Operate inspection tools, including rulers, calipers, micrometers, and scales.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, warehouse, maintenance, and manufacturing teams.
• Approve line start-up and verify equipment requirements as needed.
