Responsibilities
Support the advisory team to manage client relationships: conduct portfolio reviews, develop financial plans, research personal finance topics, and monitor portfolios.
Provide excellent client service: develop and maintain strong client relationships, anticipate client needs, and proactively address challenges.
Collaborate with colleagues on large projects: identify opportunities to enhance processes, create efficiencies, and deliver greater value to clients.
Participate in administrative requests: assist in gathering client information, conducting research, preparing client reports, and answering client phone calls as part of the team.
Maintain client databases and utilize workflows: leverage advanced financial tools and technology platforms to streamline processes and better serve clients.
Collaborate with internal and external partners: stay informed about industry developments, evolving financial products and services, and communicate with custodians and accountants.
Qualifications
Progress toward or completion of relevant certifications (e.g., Series 65, CFP®, FPQP®).
At least one year of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a finance-related industry (other relevant experience considered).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
Proven relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence others and translate prior knowledge into productive internal and external connections.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to analyze investment portfolios, interpret market trends, and support financial planning strategies through data-driven decision-making.
