Requirements:
Strategic Operations Leadership: Proven ability to develop and execute operations strategies, particularly in HCAI and life sciences.

Client-Focused Leadership: Strong ability to maintain and grow client relationships while driving operational excellence.
Track Record of Results: Tangible accomplishments in delivering operational efficiencies, improving processes, and achieving revenue growth targets.
Team Development: Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Technology Progressive.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or similar.
