What's the Role?
We are seeking a motivated Treasury Analyst to join our team in the dynamic mortgage industry. As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the Company's daily cash activities. This position contributes to company's success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support its mortgage origination and servicing operations. The Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities, including assisting with the development and execution of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the company and supporting cash monitoring, reporting and forecasting.
Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 Annual Pay
Responsibilities
Initiate daily wires and transfers
Review daily bank activity and complete daily cash position / liquidity forecast reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
Maintain and enhance bank account documentation, Treasury systems and services
Interface with multiple financial institutions regarding treasury management, including reviewing banking transactions, account set up and maintenance, and controls around cash.
Review of interest analysis statements across all bank accounts and determine accuracy of charges and income. Also, assist in determine best deployment of cash and investment opportunities.
Assist in cash forecasting, including free cash flow, trapped liquidity, and market investments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
1-3 years work experience in treasury/cash management or banking field preferred
Excellent communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
