Our client, a leading Houston-based general contractor, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee hospital, medical office, and healthcare facility projects from start to finish.

Your Role:

?? Manage ground-up and renovation healthcare projects from pre-construction to closeout

?? Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (AHCA, Joint Commission, ADA, etc.)

?? Collaborate with hospital administrators, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

?? Maintain budgets, schedules, and project quality control

?? Lead project teams and ensure a safe work environment in active medical settings

What We're Looking For:

? 5+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management

? Experience managing OSHPD, AHCA, and other regulatory requirements

? Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (P6, MS Project, or similar)

? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
