  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Business Management, or Construction Management, Business, Economics, Agriculture, or related.
  • 6 months-3 years of experience in Project Management, Construction, or Engineering.
  • Plusses:
  • Experience with OSHA, Structural Steel, and CAD.

Job Description :

The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, from proposal through to closeout, with responsibility for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and documentation. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution and the timely delivery of key milestones. The Project Manager will be responsible for document control, including managing submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence, as well as overseeing the procurement process and the release of project materials. In addition, the Project Manager will handle client billing and ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed company quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to perform under pressure. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and design professionals.
