Provide support to leads and operators in the assembly and/or fabrication areas. Plan, structure and implement manufacturing programs.Support manufacturing assembly and fabrication to trouble shoot both assembly and fabrication problems. Must support all lean manufacturing improvements and may require participation in lean improvement activities and process improvements. Must also work closely with Quality Assurance, Program Management, and Engineering, to resolve quality issues, increase productivity, and eliminate ergonomic problems.
