My client is in need of a Systems Engineer for a contract with a strong focusing on Hardware Product Development in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves working with cutting-edge network systems, including routers, gateways, L2 & L3 switching, TCP/IP protocol stack, Virtual Private Networks, Virtual Machines, and containerization. Your hands-on experience in hardware development, particularly in networking and situational awareness, would be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead hardware product development from concept to validation.
Provide program support throughout the development lifecycle, including requirements definition, functional analysis, design review, system implementation, integration, verification, and validation.
Collaborate within a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) in an agile development framework.
Support DoD customers and international allies across diverse programs and roles.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
In-depth understanding of the System Engineering Lifecycle and processes.
Proficiency with network systems and Agile/DEVSEC processes.
Experience in requirements analysis, system development, integration, and testing.
Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills:
Experience with ARM development and hardware systems integration.
Familiarity with Agile techniques and Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) like Yocto, Eclipse, and MS Visual Studio.
Current Active DoD Secret or higher Clearance.
