We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Administrator to join their finance team.
Responsibilities:
Provide support in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries
Handle the scanning and documentation of wage garnishment orders, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and filed for compliance and processing purposes
Manage the daily processing of checks, including printing, sorting, and distributing checks to employees or vendors
Oversee the payroll department's email inbox, responding to employee inquiries, resolving issues, and forwarding emails to the appropriate team members as needed
Examine and verify employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that hours worked are correctly recorded
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
1 plus years of experience handling Payroll or HR duties
Proficiency in Excel is a must
Experience with UKG is a huge plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
