Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including time and attendance, deductions, and benefits.
Process payroll deductions such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
Conduct audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist with year-end payroll processing, including W-2 distribution.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management.
Review and approve timecards for hourly employees.
Maintain HR data integrity, including job profiles, compensation details, and organizational structures.
Manage ADP file feeds for benefits enrollment.
Assist with payroll and benefits-related tasks as needed.
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in payroll processing and HRIS data management.
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
