Who are looking for?


GHD is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our 3D Conceptual Site Model (CSM) capability team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of 3D CSMs using Earth Volumetric Studio (EVS) and other relevant tools. This role requires a strong background in geology, project management, and remediation consulting, as well as excellent communication and marketing skills.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Leading the development and implementation of 3D CSMs using Earth Volumetric Studio (EVS)
• Collaborating with project teams and clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery
• Utilizing coding skills (e.g., Python) to automate processes and enhance model accuracy
• Managing team of CSM developers to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Managing project budgets, cost estimations, and billing processes
• Developing and execute marketing strategies to promote 3D CSM capabilities to potential clients
• Providing geological expertise and insights to support project objectives
• Developing innovative approaches and solutions to enhance 3D CSM capabilities and optimize model creation
• Mentoring and guiding team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

What you'll bring to the team:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Earth Volumetric Studio (EVS) and conceptual site models or comparable experience
• Master's and/or PhD in Geophysics, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in effective communication with project teams and clients
• Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python) for automation and model enhancement
• Strong project management skills, including cost estimation, budget management, and billing
• Demonstrated marketing capability to promote technical services
• Background in geology and environmental remediation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Experience with other 3D modeling software and tools
• Experience in automation and process optimization

Salary Range: $76,400 - $114,600 based on experience.
