Licensed Architect
Laderach North America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensed Architect who will play a key role responsible for overseeing the design, documentation, and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction. This position requires a blend of design expertise, technical knowledge, and project management skills to deliver high-quality projects while maintaining internal relationships and managing team coordination. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional capable of leading small to mid-size retail projects ensuring projects are completed on time. This role will report directly to the Retail Development Manager and is a full-time in-office position based in the Dallas, Texas Corporate Office.

You can provide team leadership from project conception to completion
You can manage multiple projects ensuring deliverables are accurate and deadlines are met
You can review project submittals and ensure codes are reviewed and followed
You can coordinate bids and work with consultants
Ability to source and manage MEP engineers for CD completion
You can participate in meetings with clients, contractors, city employees and other stakeholders
You can develop written specifications and finish schedules, tracking and updating selections as needed.
You can provide support during construction, ensuring the design intent is maintained and resolving field issues.
You can attend project site meetings to review progress and address any discrepancies.
You can prepare and track architectural punch lists at substantial completion.
What we expect from you
You have an accredited degree in architecture (engineering degrees will not be considered)
You have licensure and the ability to get licensed in multiple states
You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial/retail architectural design
You are proficient (Expert Level) in CAD software
You have a strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and residential construction practices.
You are experienced in all phases of project development, from schematic design to construction documentation and administration.
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with internal team members or departments.
You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
You are eligible to work in the US and located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area
