Our client is a well established small business that is family owned and faith-based in Denton, NC. They serve local and national accounts and have been expanding sales and business operations consistently. In order to allow the owners to focus on customers and expansion, they are looking for a General Manager to lead the print shop operations and team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Print Shop General Manager. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the print shop, manage staff, ensure quality control, maintain inventory, and coordinate with clients to meet printing needs.
Qualifications
Experience in print shop management, staff supervision, and quality control
Knowledge of printing processes and equipment
Strong understanding of mechanical and computer related areas
Strong organizational and time management skills
Customer service and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to train and motivate a variety of staff.
Cooperation with third parties and vendors for consistency in branding and operations.
Previous experience in the print industry and leading teams/shops is desirable.
