Basic Purpose
Provides advice and counsel to management and client organizations. Conducts studies and analyses, develops alternatives, presents recommendations to management and influences management decisions. Researches, analyzes, develops and implements new strategies, programs, and/or processes in response to changing internal and external conditions. Supports procurement related activities for electric delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as a strategic advisor to managers and customers and develops and executes strategic procurement initiatives.
Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Essential Education, Skills, and Environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from an accredited school and 6 years of supply chain or procurement experience.
Candidates that do not possess a bachelor’s degree must have a minimum of 10 years of related work experience.

Annual Salary: $90,200 (Min) to $106,200 (Mid); Up to 12% Short Term Incentive Plan target opportunity at the discretion of the company. This is a non-represented position.
