JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is searching for an Office Manager to support one of our clients in the Provo, Utah area. This person will be in charge of scheduling, ordering and stocking supplies, tracking inventory, communicating with vendors and providing administrative support to the operations manager of the facility. Compensation: $20 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1+ years' experience in an office manager/ administrative assistant role 1+ years' experience in a customer service role Knowledge of PC, Printers, Fax Machines, Photo Copiers and other various office equipment Organizational & time management skills Willingness & ability to learn quickly
