What You'll Do:
Manage and support a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), ensuring efficiency and top-tier customer interactions.
Oversee order entry, invoicing accuracy, and process improvements to enhance operations.
Act as a key liaison between customer service, operations, sales, and accounting teams.
Monitor performance, resolve customer issues, and drive service excellence.
Assist with administrative functions, including CRM management, billing, and IT support.
Occasionally support field operations and attend industry events.
