We are seeking an experienced Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) with expertise in Retail and Specialty Pharmacy, including prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and provider education.

???? Field-based role covering the Minneapolis/St.Paul, MN territory

???? Key responsibilities: Territory management, training provider office staff, and navigating complex reimbursement challenges

???? Must have experience with:

? Prior authorizations, benefits investigations, appeals & denials

? Medicare & Medicaid knowledge, including local payor landscape

? Navigating access challenges when PHI is unavailable

? Escalations, commercial co-pay approvals, and patient assistance programs

? Staying updated on drug policies, FDA indications, and reimbursement changes
