As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives. About the Role: As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company by managing schedules, handling communications, overseeing administrative tasks, and assisting in business operations. You will act as the right-hand to the CEO, enabling them to focus on high-level strategic goals while you handle the day-to-day logistics. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle email correspondence, prioritize urgent matters, and ensure timely responses
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Assist with project management and ensure deadlines are met
Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions
Oversee administrative functions to improve operational efficiency
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or similar role
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools and AI tools.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
Experience in the notary industry (preferred but not required)
