Responsibilities: • Gathering requirements from stakeholders and documenting them in a clear and concise manner. • Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Creating, executing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automation/ATF) to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. • Identifying and managing defects and issues, reporting them in a clear and concise manner, and working with the development team to resolve them. • Providing support for end-users during the testing and deployment phases of software applications.
Creating and maintaining documentation related to Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing processes and procedures. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. • Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts manual and Automation/ATF to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. • Experience with ServiceNow and cross-functional diagrams. • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
