We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our organization's IT infrastructure, manage technology operations, and implement IT solutions to support business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and software management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend system upgrades or improvements.
Plan and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI on technology investments.
2. IT Infrastructure & Security
Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place, protecting company data and systems from threats.
Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup procedures.
3. IT Operations & Support
Manage and support IT systems, software, and hardware across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Team Management & Vendor Coordination
Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring professional growth and efficiency.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and support.
Conduct IT training and awareness programs for employees.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and data privacy laws.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, including system configurations, licenses, and policies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
Experience with ERP systems, databases, and enterprise software solutions.
Proficiency in IT project management and budget planning.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, or Microsoft Certified.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
