The US companies currently spend $500B+ annually on business team hiring. We're positioned to capture at least 1% of this market ($5B/year) through our AI agents within the next decade.
Role Impact
As our first engineering hire, you'll work directly with our CTO and own our entire technical stack while laying the foundation for future growth. You'll be a key technical decision maker, working directly with the founders to enhance and expand our existing AI agent platform.
Core Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of our AI agent platform from architecture to implementation
Build and iterate on both user-facing features and backend infrastructure
Make critical technical decisions that will shape our product's future
Establish engineering best practices as we grow the team
Participate in oncall process to ensure the stability of the system
Required Qualifications
5+ years of strong backend experiences building complex workflows with both realtime services and offline jobs (preferably with Python)
Hands-on experience building systems with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o) and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Milvus)
Proven ability to move fast and ship production features without compromising quality
Preferred Qualifications
Passionate for AI's transformative potential and closely follow the latest developments in AI
Startup experience or demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Experiences building, evaluating and optimizing complex agentic workflows
Experiences creating and maintaining infrastructure on a cloud provider (e.g. GCP or AWS)
Experiences with event-driven architectures and workflow orchestration
