Conduct industrial process analysis, optimizing the procedures and operations and improving the company's efficiency.
Generate distinctive options, ideas, and solutions to cross-functional issues.
Simultaneously lead and execute assigned projects.
Provide strategic vision and implement solutions in supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and customer service.
Develop in-depth knowledge across multiple business units & technical areas.
Apply Industrial Engineering concepts, techniques, analysis, and decision tools under general supervision to assist with creating and implementing processes to improve supply chain operations, achieve cost reduction and on-time deliveries, enhance scheduling performance, and improve quality.
Utilize engineering methods (e.g., mathematical models, simulation, statistics) to support the design of optimal processes, identify and eliminate inefficiencies and non-value-added tasks, and ensure the maximum and efficient utilization of resources.
Under general supervision, manage, define, and control project scope, cost, and timing; perform risk analysis using project management tools; coordinate the efforts; ensure each Process Owner accomplishes the assigned tasks and completes the project on time.
You can also be a Controller of Key Performance Indicators in this position.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of related work experience through internship and/or a full-time post-college position.
Advanced skills in creating cross-functional flow charts, mapping processes, and performing time studies.
Experience writing macros/scripts, working with databases, and generating custom reports (SQL, Visio, Excel) is a plus.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
A bachelor's degree in industrial and operations engineering, as well as a master's degree, is preferred.

Bend, kneel, or crouch as needed to access areas.
Sit/stand as is necessary to perform essential duties.
