About the Role:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to oversee payroll processing, new hire onboarding, and compliance documentation for our automotive branch. This role ensures smooth administrative operations, accurate payroll execution, and efficient onboarding operations.



Key Responsibilities:




Payroll & HR Administration:

• Process and verify payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.


• Maintain payroll records, timesheets, and deductions.


• Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Onboarding & Compliance:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation.


• Process I-9 forms and conduct E-Verify checks to ensure compliance with federal regulations.


• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

General Office Administration:

• Assist with benefits enrollment and updates as needed.


• Support management with administrative tasks, reports, and office organization.

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience: 2+ years in payroll processing, HR administration, or office management, preferably in an automotive or service industry setting.


• 
  Skills: Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, or similar), HRIS, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


• 
  Knowledge: Understanding of I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and basic labor laws.


• 
  Attributes: Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
