Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of components and product
Working knowledge and understanding of inspection equipment/Metrology
Coordinate Measuring Machine knowledge and basic operation
Inspection/Verification of Special Processes including weld, ESD, solder, braze, paint etc.
Complete and maintain accurate records of inspection results
Quarantine and record nonconforming material
Assist with scrap log
Assist with calibration system
Take immediate action to identify and quarantine quality problems as they arise
Work under supervision using good time management, planning, organization and decision-making skills
Ensure the quality of work done throughout the organization meets or exceeds company and customer requirements
Strong Communication skills
Experienced with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
Use of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Other duties as assigned

Reports to the Quality Supervisor or in lieu the Quality Manager.

Education and Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical Requirements:
Experienced with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
Zero to Three years of Quality Inspection experience
Basic knowledge of Blueprint Reading
Basic knowledge of Calibration
Working knowledge and understanding of inspection equipment / Metrology including GD&T
Working knowledge of hand tools and other inspection equipment
Basic knowledge of a Quality Management System and roles/responsibilities
