Position: IT Infrastructure Administrator

Location: Onsite in Lancaster, South Carolina (No remote/WFH opportunities)



This role focuses on maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of enterprise-level server and networking systems. The administrator will troubleshoot outages, install and upgrade hardware/software, and work on system security, automation, and integration.




Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain servers, networks, and related software/hardware


• Troubleshoot and resolve system outages and networking issues


• Implement security measures and system upgrades


• Manage Windows AD infrastructure, Office 365, and virtualization environments


• Support Cisco-based networking (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)


• Document IT infrastructure for disaster recovery and future planning


• Work collaboratively with IT teams and other departments


• Automate routine administration tasks and enhance security protocols

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in system administration and networking


• Expertise in Cisco networking, Microsoft Server OS, Active Directory, VMware, DNS/DHCP, and enterprise security solutions


• Experience with IP telephony systems, hardware installations, and IT best practices


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team


• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, Azure, VMware, Network+, CCNA) are preferred but not required


• Associate degree in Computer Science (BS preferred) or equivalent technical certification
