Duties: *This is a 50/50 Administrative/Project role*
Organize & manage project schedules, including setting milestones and deadlines for team members to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Support the budgets management by tracking expenses and requesting additional funds if needed.
Manage vendors including vendor onboarding, creating/maintaining purchase orders, reconciling invoices and tracking of accruals planned vs. actuals.
Manage contracts and CDA's/NDA's.
Support Chief of Staff in the development of slide presentations, coordinate reports, dashboards and other tasks as identified by the Chief of Staff (COS).
Provide comprehensive administrative support to several executive team members, including calendar management, travel management, expense management, conference/congress support.
Provide corporate meeting support for on-site and offsite meetings and scientific/clinical engagements, including: contracts, logistics, catering, technology set-up, creating/advancing slides.
Coordinate candidate interviews, schedule new hire introduction meetings & assist with new hire onboarding.
Provide assistance with various department administrative needs.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate expertise in effectively managing multiple priorities and/or work streams in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate and/or exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels within an organization.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and Outlook Education: Minimum of 3 years project coordinator or project management experience.
