About the position:

The strategic and results-driven Learning & Development Leader will play a critical role to build and scale learning programs that drive performance, leadership development, and workforce effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-growth Enterprise SaaS environment. This role is critical in ensuring that employees and leaders have the skills, tools, and resources to support scaling and operational excellence.

As a key player in our People & Talent Strategy, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing L&D initiatives, onboarding programs, and skills development frameworks to enhance business impact and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

L&D Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a scalable Learning & Development strategy that aligns with business goals - key focus for 2025 is enhancing the onboarding program for customer facing roles, sales enablement and for roles with touch points on the customer journey, building a learning culture, a culture that is excited to be Enterprise SaaS
  • Partner with leadership to identify critical skills gaps, ensuring workforce readiness for expansion, operational efficiency, and transformation.
  • Build a learning culture that supports high performance, innovation, and continuous development.

Employee Training & Upskilling
  • Lead initiatives for technical, product, and soft-skills training to support the organization's growth and evolving workforce needs.
  • Deploy training solutions for sales enablement, customer success, and go-to-market teams to improve productivity and revenue impact.
  • Develop a competency-based learning framework utilizing Lattice, our people success platform, and WorkRamp, our LMS, that supports both role-specific and cross-functional skill development.

Onboarding & New Hire Training
  • Evaluate and optimize current structured onboarding program to accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Sales, and CSS to create role-specific training for key functions.
  • Ensure onboarding initiatives reinforce company culture, engagement, and long-term retention.

Learning Technology & Data-Driven Insights
  • Collaborate with the Learning Experience Team in product to enhance WorkRamp, the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless and engaging learner experience.
  • Leverage learning analytics and performance data to track effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.
  • Integrate AI-driven and digital learning solutions to enhance scalability and accessibility.

Change Management & Employee Engagement
  • Support change management efforts related to M&A, and organizational transformation.
  • Drive initiatives that promote learning agility, adaptability, and a growth mindset across the workforce.
  • Act as a strategic partner to People Operations in aligning learning initiatives with talent retention and engagement strategies.

Leadership Development & Talent Readiness in collaboration with Chief People Officer
  • Collaborate on design and implement leadership development programs that prepare high-potential employees for senior roles and drive succession planning.
  • Facilitate mentorship and coaching programs to accelerate talent development and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development in a high-growth SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to scale L&D programs in a fast-paced, evolving company.
  • Experience in leadership development, sales enablement, and upskilling technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of LMS platform, ideally WorkRamp, e-learning tools, and digital learning solutions.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to measure learning impact and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:
  • Experience in a global enterprise, SaaS company and with developing sales enablement programs preferred
  • Certification in instructional design, or leadership development methodologies.
