Sr. Project Manager - Commercial/Retail Construction - Permanent
Rochester, NY - Hybrid Position
Harper Harrison is partnered with a premier Real-Estate Investment Owner & Developer. Headquartered in California with Real Estate throughout 15 states, they are currently looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to join their Commercial Construction team in Rochester, New York.
This is a hybrid function (3 days in office, 2 days working from home) that requires Commercial Construction (Ideally large-scale Renovations) experience and must be located in or around the Rochester, NY area.
Responsibilities
Project Management of Tenant Design, Construction and Safety
Work with departments to manage Tenant relationships and handle needs related to planning, budget, design and construction
Creation & Continuous Improvement of Company Technical Documentation
Manage Tenant Plan Check & Permit process
Coordinate & Lead all Pre-Con and Construction meetings
Requirements
5+ Years' experience in Commercial Construction as a Project Manager
Experience in large-scale Renovations (Project budgets $20-200m)
Understanding of entire Construction process, from concept to Certificate of Occupancy
Ideally a Degree in relevant field
Ability to travel up to 50%
