Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager for one of our large energy companies This role is responsible for managing or assisting in the management of all phases of project planning and execution to ensure success factors such as scope, schedule, cost, quality, environmental, safety, communications, security, and integration are met. The PM 2 is also heavily involved in funding management and budgeting for the project/program.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage or assist in managing all phases of project planning and execution.
Ensure all project success factors are met, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, environmental, safety, communications, security, and integration.
Lead a project team consisting of individuals from various organizations, including project controls, planning, engineering, implementation, maintenance, administrative support staff, and contingent workers.
Adhere to all required policies and procedures.
Manage multiple projects at once.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
7 years of project-related work experience.
Proficiency in project management principles.
Utility experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Project Management, Engineering, MS in Construction Management, or equivalent).
Advanced knowledge of project cost management and scheduling.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Experience managing projects in the $5M-100M+ range.
