This business has built over 4000 units in 8 years and is expanding their operations across TX. Headquartered in Houston, you will be working on a 374 unit garden style project in Ft. Worth, TX

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Lead Superintendent in coordination of each of the trades
• Reporting on project progress and capturing observations in ProCore
• Managing RFIs and Change Order process
• Ensuring the job site is clean and OSHA compliant

Qualifications

• Experience on ground up multifamily projects in excess of $30MM
• Expertise in using ProCore software
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints
