We are seeking an experienced Projects Management Section Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of project management activities, from initial inquiry to customer turnover. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of project management professionals, ensuring successful execution of bids, orders, deliveries, and field service support while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Lead and Oversee Project Management Activities: Direct and manage the project lifecycle, including contract negotiation, project scope, scheduling, invoicing, budgeting, and maintaining overall project quality and margins from inquiry through customer turnover.
Develop and Manage Teams:Lead and motivate project management staff according to Company policies and procedures, ensuring achievement of division objectives.
Foster employee development through training, cross-training, and continuing education opportunities.
Drive Project Planning and Execution:Oversee the creation of detailed project plans, including defining goals, strategy, staffing, schedules, risk identification, contingency planning, cost controls, and resource allocation.
Monitor overall project progress and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project commitments and customer expectations are met.
Manage insurance issues, warranty claims, and service matters through project completion and customer turnover.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with at least 7 years of experience in project management, including 3 years in a leadership role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
