AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR A Project Executive (MULTIFAMILY)
A new urbanist apartment home and mixed-use development firm with in-house development, design, and construction services, is seeking a Project Executive or Senior PM to join their team. They focus on custom apartment communities that rival the experience, lifestyle, and amenities of living in an urban boutique hotel. This developer has taken on numerous urban infill projects throughout the country with more than 10,000 Multifamily units completed or in progress.
Project types: Multifamily / Mixed-use
Project locations: DMV/NC ( travel required only once per month )
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
At least 15 years exp in Project Management with a Multifamily General Contractor or Developer
Experience managing projects of $25M - $80M
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Compensation:
Competitive Compensation $160K - $200K DOE
3 weeks PTO
