Main Tasks Include:
Manage ongoing maintenance on existing properties.
Organize & plan repairs on properties.
Oversee rehab of new projects and flips.
Basically, lots of construction.

$65,000 - $80,000 total compensation (can be customized package to include benefits important to you).
Autonomy is a big deal here - you won't be micromanaged.
Real estate experience is helpful, but not required.

You'll working with Operations Manager & maintenance team to coordinate projects with occupied properties.
This will involve interviewing contractors, getting bids or quotes, and lots of time sourcing materials.

Minimum requirements?
Minimum of 3 years in project management
4-year college degree.
Willing to work "On-Site" in downtown Columbia. Most properties are near USC.
M-F & occasional weekends.
