The ideal candidate will be able to effectively invoice, issues purchase orders, track billables, and have excellent follow through and organizational skills. They should also possess a professional friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and clients. Candidate should have critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
Responsibilities
Create Invoices, Proposals, and Purchase Orders
Tracking of Billables,Orders, and Potential Clients
Organize payments and minor tax preparation including sales tax
Project Pricing and Project Coordination
Customer service for client issues
Oversee stock of office supplies
Greet visitors at office
Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail and shipping
Work closely with all employess on keeping track of billable hours for invoicing.
Minor marketing and social media work
Other tasks as required
Qualifications
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
