  • Utilize financial planning software to model scenarios and create client presentations.
  • Ensure financial plans and investment recommendations align with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Assist in investment research and portfolio management tasks as needed.

Client Engagement & Advisory Support
  • Attend client meetings alongside senior advisors, taking detailed notes, updating client records, and ensuring follow-up action items are completed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and ongoing financial planning needs.
  • Over time, take on more direct client relationship management and advisory responsibilities.

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related role.

Education & Credentials:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Series 7 and 66 preferred and/or required within three months after hire. For candidates without Series 7 and 66, successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is preferred.
  • CFP® designation preferred, or willingness to pursue it within a reasonable timeframe.

Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital, Morningstar Advisor Workstation), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.

WHY JOIN US?
  • Career Growth: Path to becoming a trusted wealth advisor, supported by hands-on mentorship and professional development opportunities.
  • Impactful Work: Help clients align their wealth with their values and legacy.
  • Strong Culture: A collaborative, client-focused firm where your contributions are valued.
