Seeking a full time executive assistant for a top multi-family real estate investment broker in San Diego with the national leading commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap, with an opportunity to advance as an agent. Candidates must be self motivated, professional, a quick study, detailed oriented, and highly organized. This is a great opportunity to learn first hand all facets of the competitive and rewarding commercial real estate brokerage industry and the support required to be successful.
Some of the assistant duties you will be tasked with include:
- CRM Database management
- Market research
- Preparing client proposals
- Marketing
- Transaction coordinating
- Client support
- General administrative duties
Ideal skills and qualifications:
- Experience in a professional client service industry
- Tech savvy with a PC, Microsoft Suite products, basic Adobe Photoshop
- Light experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator preferred but not required
- Real estate license is preferred but not required
- High school diploma minimum
- Knowledge of the San Diego County regions
- Strong problem solving / critical thinking and independently resourceful
- Excellent information retention and recollection ability
- Leadership and interpersonal communication
