Position: Member Relations Rep 3 ( Full-Service Rep)
As a part of our team, your primary responsibilities will include delivering high-quality service to our valued members. In addition, you will be responsible for performing all types of teller, member service, and lending duties involved in the general operation of the credit union.?
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous teller, member services, and loan processing experience required
Prior loan approval experience required for underwriter authority (if applicable)
Approve checks up to assigned limit
Open and perform maintenance on all types of member accounts and services
This position receives cross-training
Must be able to pass background and drug screening?
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday; shifts could vary between 7:15 am and 6:30 pm. Rotating Saturdays are required, and the hours are approximately 8:15 am to 12:30 pm.?
