Our client, a fast-paced private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant for a full-time position to support a team of investment professionals. Primary Responsibilities • Prepare or update PowerPoint presentations as needed • Coordinate and track extensive travel with the assistance of our travel agent, Pro Travel for multiple deal team members • Prepare expense reports using Concur software which include tracking of fundraising and portfolio board meeting expenses • Special projects and other tasks as requested by the partners supported • Prepare and distribute weekly staff meeting agenda and supporting documents • Manage and update multiple calendars, schedule appointments and set up meetings using Zoom or Teams • Office management tasks including picking up and distributing mail, managing the kitchen, managing office supplies and restocking items as needed, general office up-keep • Help with Event Logistics and planning for Annual Meeting and Corporate Outings • Tenant contact for property management related items
Skills Required • Proficiency in Microsoft, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Concur • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Able to maintain strict degree of confidentiality with company matters
