Role Responsibilities & Activities
Product Quality
Oversee quality incoming inspection of customized items and technical support for complaints.
Create and update quality procedures and instructions, related to quality incoming inspection.
Develop and administrate local quality system in his/her area of responsibility, according to ISO applicable standards, as well as Coesia and FlexLink directions and guidelines.
Coordinate and support ISO multi-site certification (e.g. quality, environment, health & safety, energy in units under the area of responsibility) together with the HSE local team.
Coordinate the implementation of local processes in close cooperation with the local management in units under his/her area of responsibility.
Drive and support customer audits, according to needs, in units under his/her area of responsibility.
Train employees on OMS processes according to needs (this might not be limited to only units under her area of responsibility).
Develop, maintain, and spread knowledge about FlexLink OMS to ensure that the company is adhering to ISO and customer's demands.
Coordinate & execute and follow-up OMS Company audits in FlexLink units, according to the Company and Group plans. Audits can be performed remotely (video conference) and/or by visiting the local units.
Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions from any performed audits. Report results.
Take part in FlexLink Q, HSE network and cooperate in development and implementation of new initiative within the area of responsibility.
What You Need to Be Successful
To be successful in this role, you are communicative with great presentation and analytical skills. You are structured, independent minded with a "hands-on" and problem-solving working approach. In addition:
Previous experience as a Product Quality Engineer or in a similar position.
Bachelor's or master's degree (technical education).
Skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances).
Previous experience with handling different hand-held equipment.
Contribute to continuous imporvements.
Knowledge of SAP and Windchill is an advantage
Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 50001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001) is preferable.
