Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing reliability strategies to enhance maintenance and asset performance.
Collaborating with plant leadership, engineering teams, corporate functions, external partners, and contractors to improve reliability outcomes.
Improving the performance of physical assets and establishing strategies to enhance maintenance and reliability using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Creating and executing Asset Criticality Assessments, Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA), Proactive Maintenance (PM) strategies, and Spare Parts analyses.
Developing and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to track and improve asset performance.
Aligning proactive maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance, with asset criticality to optimize operational efficiency.
Conducting and facilitating Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for significant or recurring failures and implementing strategy improvements to prevent recurrence.
Ensuring best practices in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) utilization, including maintaining accurate preventive and predictive maintenance procedures, asset master data, hierarchy, and configuration.
Analyzing CMMS data to enhance reliability and reduce maintenance costs while ensuring performance metrics are visible to site managers.
Driving the implementation and sustainability of effective workflow processes, including work request management, planning, scheduling, execution, and documentation.
Leading Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) events to improve equipment performance, identify preventative maintenance improvements, and enhance autonomous maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) required.
Experience in reliability engineering, validation, or maintenance engineering in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of asset reliability strategies, failure analysis techniques, and proactive maintenance methodologies.
Proficiency in CMMS systems and data analysis for maintenance optimization.
Strong analytical skills and ability to develop KPIs and dashboards to track reliability performance.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills with expertise in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and FMEA.
Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with ISO 55000 (Asset Management) and RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) is preferred.
Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound is a plus.
