A dynamic engineering leader with a proven track record of delivering strong results is needed for a key management role. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies to achieve production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. This role involves leading a team of engineers, CAD technicians, and detailers and will report to the General Manager.

Engineering & Operations:
Develop and execute an engineering strategy to enhance production and quality.
Manage relationships with vendors to improve throughput and operational performance.
Optimize engineering processes, including enhancements to MBS software to reduce turnaround times.
Streamline the end-to-end engineering process, from contract generation to final product completion.
Train and mentor engineering teams in design, CAD, and detailing to improve technical skills and efficiency.
Strengthen recruiting and onboarding programs for engineering team members.
Provide hands-on support for sales and operational teams as needed.
Planning & Business Intelligence:
Collaborate with leadership to define and achieve financial and operational goals.
Develop and monitor an engineering optimization plan with clear objectives and monthly updates.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on engineering production and performance metrics.
Establish and analyze KPIs to enhance process efficiency and employee performance.
Ensure that process documentation is continuously updated and maintained.
Team & Community Engagement:
Motivate and manage personnel to meet business and financial objectives.
Foster collaboration across all departments to enhance company operations.
Oversee staff development, performance reviews, and team structure.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (PE license preferred).
5+ years of leadership experience in a related field.
Strong background in pre-engineered buildings (preferred).
Proven success in managing an engineering team in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in implementing processes, systems, and performance metrics.
Visionary mindset with strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to work with ERP systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles as required.
