As a Procurement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing the purchasing process, ensuring our clients receive accurate materials oon time. Key Responsibilities:
Owning the Procurement Process: Process and track client orders with precision and urgency, prioritizing critical purchases to ensure seamless delivery.
Managing Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate better pricing, and explore cost-saving opportunities.
Delivering an Exceptional Client Experience: Serve as a key point of contact, providing real-time updates on orders, pricing, and requisition status while proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
Solving Problems Proactively: Use strong critical thinking skills to research, troubleshoot, and resolve procurement-related issues efficiently.
Optimizing Procurement Efficiency: Identify trends, suggest alternative suppliers, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to process orders accurately in a fast-moving environment.
Agility and adaptability, comfortable navigating change and shifting priorities as business needs evolve.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) for effective interactions with clients and suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with procurement software is a plus.
